Stephanie

Stephanie

Stephanie joined us as a veterinary technician in January of 2008. Since then, she has received two degrees: a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Science and Public Affairs and a Bachelors of Arts in Applied Anthropology. During her studies, she worked on a community project on the Eastside of Indianapolis in conjunction with the Marion County Health Department and Animal Care and Control regarding feral animals and abandoned houses. She has a 12 year-old daughter, Karlie, who also can be seen at the clinic doing yard work. Stephanie is very active with Karlie's extracurricular activities, which include choir, swimming and track. Stephanie also has two fur-kids, Bubby (American Staffordshire Terrier) and Sophie (Bull Terrier) along with seven Beta fish. Her crew spends their free time either in their backyard garden or at one of Karlie's performances or meets.

Amanda

Amanda

Amanda has been with us as a veterinary assistant since July 2010 following her career change into the field of animal health. A Business and French studies graduate she enjoyed a 15 year career in the student travel industry both here and abroad before transitioning into the pet care sector. A life long animal lover and owner and canine companion at the Humane Society -- wagging tails, dirty paws and doggie hugs are a few of her favorite things! Amanda is the proud "fur mama" of her rescued dog Arthur.

Little Bit

In Memory: "Little Bit"

Little Bit had been at Lafayette Road Veterinary Hospital for 9 years as the clinic greeter. She passed away in June of 2011 at 17 years of age. Our staff and clients remember her fondly as she welcomed everyone who came through our door. Rest in peace.
